AFPC is proud to announce the publication of its newest monograph, The Russian-Chinese Border: Today’s Reality.  Written by AFPC President Herman Pirchner, Jr., the monograph tackles a little known yet highly significant topic- the border question between Russia and China.  Part history and part strategic analysis, this keen assessment of the contemporary situation in Russia’s border regions provides a unique glimpse into what could become the major fault line in Sino-Russian relations.  It is the third installment in AFPC’s five-volume monograph series on Sino-Russian relations.
